Butlarr operates as a private media request aggregator for authorized members of the GameProductions fleet. When you interact with Butlarr via Discord or web, we collect your public Discord user identifier, username, and media requests submitted through slash commands or web UI.
All downstream service credentials (*Arr suite API keys, TMDB tokens) are managed securely via zero-knowledge 1Password Connect vaults. We never store or log plaintext API keys on disk.
Butlarr communicates with Discord (via cryptographically signed Ed25519 interactions), Sonarr, Radarr, Prowlarr, and Foundation SSO. Data is transmitted exclusively over encrypted HTTPS channels.
Request logs and queue events are stored in ephemeral KV storage and PostgreSQL databases governed by fleet retention rules. You may request data deletion at any time through Foundation Security Hub.
